I CNC’d some acrylic on the 4 axis into lens like shapes. After a polish on the buffing wheel, they actually worked.

Made a fun little walnut Caster Car. Everything was CNC’d on the Bantam mill then sandwiched together.

CNC’d another cheese board. This time in walnut.
This walnut part was deceptively difficult to wrap my head around. Perfect part for the 4-axis though.
Whipped up some quick acrylic inlay exercises for some toys.
Everything was milled on the Bantam mill.
I CNC’d a simple cheese board out of some mystery scrap, then routed the edges round. I don’t even like cheese all that much.
I recently had a chance to work with a water jet cutter and carbon fiber, both for the first time. The water jet is at the NYU MakerSpace. Thanks for the help Sean.
